Deposits

A booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable except where KayeBeauty needs to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Cancellations

• If you provide 48 hours or more notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
• If you do not attend your appointment without notifying us (no-show), your deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice without losing your deposit. Only one reschedule per booking may be permitted at our discretion.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their treatment shortened or rescheduled.
• If we are unable to carry out your treatment due to late arrival, this will be treated as a late cancellation and your deposit will be retained.

Treatment Suitability

Some treatments require a consultation or patch test. If, during your consultation, it is determined that a treatment is unsuitable or unsafe to perform, any deposit paid may be transferred to an alternative treatment at KayeBeauty.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies can happen. Any exceptions to this policy are entirely at the discretion of KayeBeauty.
